How do I activate my account?
Uniphy is a closed network provided by your organization to specific participants. If your organization has indicated that you should have Uniphy access (usually via email), follow these steps:
Active Directory:
If your organization has active directory integration with Uniphy, you can log in using your active directory credentials without further set up.
1. Go to www.myuniphy.com on your computer or download the free Uniphy app to your smartphone or tablet.
2. Click “Already set up? Sign In” to go to the login page.
3. Enter your existing active directory credentials. If using mobile, you will be asked to create a PIN for easy future logins. If your device is Touch-ID enabled, you may choose to use Touch-ID to access Uniphy.
Traditional (non-Active Directory) Login:
1. Go to www.myuniphy.com on your computer or download the free Uniphy app to your smartphone or tablet.
2. Enter the email address where you have received communications about Uniphy from your organization. Click “Sign in As New User”.
3. Check your email from the device you are using – You will receive a link that will enable you to establish your login credentials.
4. Choose your password and PIN (if using mobile). If your device enables Touch-ID, you can choose to use Touch-ID to access Uniphy. These credentials only apply to the Uniphy app and do not change any settings on your device.
When I try to activate my account, I receive a message saying my email is not recognized.
If you receive a message indicating that your email is not recognized, it’s possible your account was established using a different email address. Do not fret! If this happens, just let us know and we will make any needed changes for you right away.
